Have payment options changed, I don't see a credit card checkout?

Yes, due to the recently higher level of fraud using standard credit card payments we have changed our checkout options. You can still use a credit card to make the purchase but the payment will be routed through PayPal (no account is required). This protects both us and the customer.

In addition we have enabled Amazon payments so you can easily pay with your Amazon account or you can use PayPal Express checkout to pay using your PayPal account.

What is the return policy?

EM Gear accepts returns within 15 days of purchase on non sale / clearance merchandise. The returned item must be in new, unused condition with all the original packing material. Please email Customer Service for an RMA prior to returning your item. The refund will be issued after the item is received and inspected. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee if the product is damaged.

Can EM Gear provide a quote for my department, unit or other government agency?

Yes, we have worked with a number of government agencies on large orders and will be happy to provide a quote for your purchase. Please contact Customer Service to get started.

What forms of payment are accepted?

For domestic orders we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover through PayPal, PayPal Express and Amazon Payments. If you would prefer to use a check or money order for you purchase please contact Customer Service to process your order.

For international orders we can only accept PayPal payments.

What are the shipping charges?

EM Gear offers free domestic shipping on all items. For orders using free shipping we use a variety of services typically from either UPS or USPS. We also offer two expedited shipping options – USPS Priority and USPS Express. All international orders ship USPS Priority International or USPS First Class International.

How are orders shipped?

EM Gear ships items using major carriers. Depending on the order, items will be delivered by USPS Priority, FedEx or UPS.

Does EM Gear offer international shipping?

Yes, international shipping is available. We charge the rate listed on the USPS website for Priority International plus insurance. You may check the shipping cost for your order after you place the items you want in your shopping cart and then just follow the check out process. Please note that on some items there may be an extra 2 – 5 day processing time for warehouse transfers.

Do you ship to APO addresses?

Absolutely! Many of our customers are in the military and we will make sure your order ships promptly.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Domestic orders are processed for shipping in 1 – 2 business days. International orders may take 2 – 5 days to process depending on the warehouse transfer.

I have a warranty issue with an item I purchased from EM Gear. What do I do?

All warranties are handled by the manufacturer. If you are having a problem with the manufacturer please let us know and will be happy to assist you in resolving the warranty problem.
